- Without a measuring tape: Wrap a strip of paper or a string around your wrist and mark the point where the ends meet. Lay it flat and measure the length with a ruler.
STEP 2. Select Your Size
Select the size option that corresponds to your measured wrist circumference. B01 is available for wrist circumferences from 5.1–8.8 inches (13.0–22.4 cm)
