These Terms of Sale govern every purchase made through the OVRHAUL website. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy, each of which forms part of the agreement between you and OVRHAUL [legal entity name — TBD].

All products listed on this website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item, discontinue any product, or correct pricing and description errors at any time, even after an order has been submitted, without prior notice. Prices are displayed in USD unless a different currency has been selected at checkout, and do not include applicable duties, taxes or import fees for shipments outside [home country — TBD], which remain the responsibility of the customer and are collected on delivery or at checkout depending on destination.

OVRHAUL straps are designed to fit specific Apple Watch and Samsung Galaxy Watch models and case sizes. It is the customer's responsibility to select the correct device, model and size at checkout using the device selector provided on each product page; OVRHAUL is not responsible for orders placed with an incorrect device or size selection, though our support team is available to help confirm fit before you order.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase, not a guaranteed sale. An order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order but does not signify our acceptance of it, nor does it constitute a confirmed offer to sell. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraudulent activity, or a violation of these terms, and in such cases you will be notified and any payment already taken will be refunded in full.

Payment is processed securely at checkout through our third-party payment providers, and by submitting your payment details you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Full payment is required before an order is shipped. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to the customer upon our delivery to the shipping carrier, though we remain available to assist with any carrier-related issue.

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy are estimates only and are not guaranteed; OVRHAUL is not liable for delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Shipping fees, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment.

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition and original packaging, in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. OVRHAUL products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship; this warranty does not cover damage from normal wear, misuse, improper fitting, or unauthorized modification. An order may be cancelled or amended free of charge only before it has been marked as shipped; once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must instead follow our standard returns process. OVRHAUL's total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount paid for the product in question, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the purchase or use of our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction — TBD], and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any statutory consumer protections you may be entitled to in your country of residence.
