DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?
No, you can place an order without an account. Creating one, however, lets you easily view your order history and save your favorite pieces to your wishlist.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders can be changed or cancelled before they ship. Please send your request with your order number via our Contact page. Orders that have already shipped are handled under our return policy.
HOW DOES PRE-ORDER WORK?
Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase. We’ll email you the estimated shipping date. You can cancel at any time before shipment for a full refund. Once shipped, our return policy applies.

WILL THE BRACELET RESTOCK?
OVRHAUL bracelets are not mass-produced. Each colorway is made in a limited, small-batch run, as every stage of the process passes through skilled hands. Production runs are irregular, with no fixed schedule.
WHICH WATCHES DO OVRHAUL STRAPS FIT?
OVRHAUL straps are currently designed exclusively for Apple Watch. For compatible models, please see our [Size & Fit Guide].
IS THE B01 SUITABLE FOR SENSITIVE SKIN?
The B01 is made from 316L stainless steel, which releases very little nickel and is generally known to cause fewer allergic reactions. If you have a severe metal allergy, we recommend consulting a professional before wearing it.
IS THE B01 WATER RESISTANT?
Everyday contact with water, such as washing your hands or light rain, is fine. However, we recommend removing it before swimming, showering, using a sauna, or entering seawater.
